A beginner-friendly ceramics workshop for ages 8 and up

Ever wanted to try pottery? Join us for a 90-minute, hands-on wheel experience. Whether it’s your first time or you’re ready to give it another go, you’re welcome here.

We’ll begin with a demonstration of the basics, then you’ll get your own wheel, clay, and tools to give it a try. You’ll learn how to center clay and shape a pot, with our instructors there to guide you along the way. Pottery takes practice, so don’t worry about getting it perfect. You’ll have a few chances to experiment and see what takes shape.

At the end of class, you’ll choose a piece to be glazed and fired by our team. Your finished pottery will be ready for pickup approximately four weeks later.

All materials are included. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and come ready to play with clay!
