Join us in the Artopia: NCM Ceramics Studio after school for a hands-on, skill-building 4-week series at the pottery wheel! 

In this introductory four-week course, your young artist will get the chance to give wheel-throwing a spin. This engaging, hands-on experience focuses on three essential techniques for working at the wheel: centering, opening, and pulling—the foundation for creating functional forms such as bowls, cups, and vases.   

Designed for beginners and budding ceramicists alike, this series helps build confidence at the wheel and lays the groundwork for future ceramics offerings.  

This 4-week series is a small group experience with limited seating and specifically designed for:     

• Ages 8-10 / Grades 3-5 | Monday | 4pm – 6pm  

• Ages 11-13 / Grades 6-8 | Wednesday | 4pm – 6pm
