The Museum will be closed September 8–11 for scheduled cleaning + maintence. We will be open during our regular hours outside of these dates. Please plan your visit accordingly.

Online Ticket Information

• Tickets purchased online are not date or time specific and may be used on any regular, open Museum day
• Must be used within three months of purchase
• Please note that purchasing tickets online does not guarantee entry during high-attendance days.

Members, online ticket holders, and guests purchasing admission at the Museum all enter through the same line. There are no skip-the-line admission tickets.

Special programs and events, including Sensory Friendly Mornings, may limit capacity or require a separate reservation.  Before visiting, check our

Discounted Admission

• Museums for All: EBT, SNAP and WIC: Museums for All tickets are available to EBT, SNAP and WIC recipients. Tickets must be purchased in person at the Museum with a valid ID.
• Senior (65+): Guests purchasing a Senior admission will be asked to show a valid photo ID with their date of birth at check-in.
• Educator: Guests purchasing an Educator admission will be asked to show a current educator or school ID, or other proof of current employment as an educator, at check-in. This ticket is valid only for the educator.
• Active-Duty Military: Active-duty military members and their dependents will be asked to show valid military identification confirming eligibility at check-in. Valid for the active-duty military member and 1 adult dependent. Guests must be active duty to qualify.
