Every day, we're inspired by the unforgettable characters we see in TV shows, movies, and books. In this camp, youth will dive into the art of character creation, bringing their own unique ideas to life using 2D and 3D art. Not only will they create characters, they will build character within themselves!

Important Details:  

This camp runs Monday through Friday from 8:45am (drop off) to 3:45pm (pick up), providing your child with the opportunity to learn new skills, work on exciting projects, and explore The New Children's Museum's exhibitions. Don’t miss this unforgettable chance for your child to nurture their creativity in a fun and enriching summer experience! 

• Location: Summer Camps take place at The New Children’s Museum at 200 W. Island Avenue San Diego, CA 92101.  

• Lunch: Campers are welcome to bring their own lunch and snacks. Packed lunches and snacks should not require refrigeration or heating. Optional: Bean Sprouts Cafe at the Museum offers a lunch package, including a gluten-free option for the camp week. This can be added during the registration process.

• Cancellation & Refund Policy: Please double-check that the camp dates align with your schedule before registering. Cancellations are permitted up to 30 days before the camp session start date, subject to a $50 fee. After this period, registrations become non-refundable.
