Dive into the world of clay and explore how ideas take shape through form and function. Campers will learn foundational hand-building techniques, including pinch pots, coils, and slabs, while creating both functional pieces and imaginative sculptural works. Throughout the week, artists will experiment with texture, surface design, and glazing as they develop projects inspired by their own interests and creative questions.

 Drop-off + Pick-up 

• Location: Please drop-off and pick-up in front of The New Children’s Museum at 200 W Island Ave. San Diego, CA 92101

• Morning drop-off begins at 8:45am. Afternoon pick-up begins at 3:45am and ends at 4pm across the street from the Museum at Museum Park.
• All campers must be signed in and out each day. Only authorized adults listed at registration may pick up your child. Please confirm your authorized adult list at drop-off. We cannot release artists to anyone not listed or without valid ID.
